Excellent Customer Service

The lures are great, I love the low profile and weight, helps cast them a long way, have caught a 35cm Tailor with the 20g, and often get much larger Tailor and Bonito on the 40g.

The customer service at Freddy's though is the real star.
I must have clicked the wrong option to pickup form the store, even though I have never selected this before and don't live anywhere near them. When I reached out to explain this, they made it super easy to rectify this issue, pay for the postage and then the delivery came within a matter of days. Excellent Customer Service!!!
